Our Story

In 1978, Pastor Mark and Vivian Evans moved from Sacramento, California, where they attended Warehouse Christian Ministries. Following God’s call, they began a small fellowship in Incline, Lake Tahoe, and eventually Pastor Mark became the Pastor of a Calvary church in Reno, Nevada in 1981. In 1989, the Lord established Warehouse Christian Ministries in midtown Reno under the leadership of Pastor Mark.

In 1997, the ministry moved to 1509 Greg St. in Sparks, Nevada, where it remains to this day. Jon Panelli, who met his wife Michele at the church, has been with WCM since 1994. He attended seminary at Talbot School of Theology, and has been the lead pastor since 2018. Pastor Mark and Vivian continue to serve faithfully in the church. Over 4 decades, this multi-generational ministry has been a genuine, loving, faithful, Christ and Bible-centered family of believers.

We are a Non-denominational Christian Church. Our goal is to love Christ as He has loved us and share His life and the hope of His salvation with those around us.
